After nearly two decades in the biotech industry, followed by years building in the entrepreneurial space, I've seen brilliant women with the skills, experience, and track record stay under-utilized: stuck in work they hate, overextended in roles they've outgrown, or underpaid relative to the value they bring. They look successful on the outside -- but feel misaligned, exhausted, and frustrated on the inside.
I created STELLIUM for women who have a relentless vision, and are ready to build a body of work that finally reflects the caliber and magnitude they know their meant for.
