In astrology, a STELLIUM is when three or more planets align in the same sign or house, creating a hotspot of amplified force. In my own astrology chart, I had stelliums in Capricorn, Scorpio, Aquarius which explained so much of how I am.
And then it clicked. That’s exactly what I was building: a house, a headquarters, a sacred war room where women — each one a planet, a world, a force of nature — converge. Alone, we are powerful. Together, we form a STELLIUM and amplify into something UNSTOPPABLE!

the BRAND
I’m Drea Guinto. Founder. Cultural Strategist. Movement Matriarch. Biz + Brand Architect. Oracle of Power & Possibility.
From million-dollar boardrooms to somatic healing circles, I’ve led women across the globe into their power. Stellium is the house where it all converges.
Before Stellium, I spent 18 years in pharma, tech, and innovation — running million-dollar projects, leading global teams, and checking every box of “success.” From the outside, it looked like I had made it. On the inside, I felt what so many brilliant women feel: boxed in, underutilized, forced to shrink myself to survive inside systems stifling my soul, and too small for my power.
Then life shattered the illusion. A cancer diagnosis at 33 stripped away the hustle, the masks, and the constant proving. What rose in its place was a deeper calling — to fuse strategy with soul, leadership with lineage, fire with tenderness. To build not just a business, but a body of work and a house where ambitious women could finally expand to their FULL POTENTIAL.
I trained as a coach, became a trauma-informed somatic healer, and built a global coaching brand serving hundreds of women. Living and working across cultures — from the Philippines to California, New York City, and even rural Pennsylvania — gave me a front-row seat to how systems shape identity, possibility, and power.
Everywhere I went, I saw the same pattern: brilliant women shrinking to fit into roles, boxes, and expectations too small for their ambition and potential.
Reclaiming our identity, voice, and POWER ISN'T JUST PERSONAL — it starts within CULTURE itself.

Stellium was born as both reckoning and response.
The world is in a collective reckoning with power.
Economically, capitalism is collapsing under the weight of burnout and inequity. Socially, audiences crave integrity and embodiment over performance. Technologically, AI and digital saturation have made authentic presence the new currency. Culturally, feminine energy and matriarchal systems are resurging—centered on collaboration, care, and cyclical design.
STELLIUM is a response to this. A cultural house where visionary women are given the language, system, and sanctuary to architect power that is not only personal, but profoundly cultural.
My role is beyond Business Coach and Brand Strategist. I'm a Creative Director. Keeper of the House. Leader of Matriarchs. Catalyst for Cultural Powerhouses.
