The vision came on the escalator of the SoHo Aritzia. A convergence of powerful women under the same roof. Then the name dropped: STELLIUM. In astrology, a stellium is when a constellation of three or more stars converge under the same house, thus amplifying their power.
And then it clicked. That’s exactly what was emerging: a house where women of all industries and geographies come together to powerfully amplify each other and the movements we're leading.

the BRAND
I’m Drea Guinto. Advisor. Creative Director. Oracle of Power & Possibility.
From million-dollar boardrooms to somatic healing circles, I’ve led women across the globe into their power. Stellium is the house where it all converges.
Before Stellium, I spent 18 years in pharma, tech, and innovation — running million-dollar projects, leading global teams, and checking every box of “success.” From the outside, it looked like I had made it. On the inside, I felt what so many brilliant women feel: boxed in, underutilized, forced to shrink myself to survive inside systems stifling my soul, and too small for my power.
Then life shattered the illusion. A cancer diagnosis at 33 stripped away the hustle, the masks, and the constant proving. What rose in its place was a deeper calling — to fuse strategy with soul, leadership with lineage, fire with tenderness. To build not just a business, but a body of work and a house where ambitious women could finally expand to their FULL POTENTIAL.
I trained as a coach, became a trauma-informed somatic healer, and built a global brand serving hundreds of women. Living and working across cultures — from the Philippines to California, New York City, and even rural Pennsylvania — gave me a front-row seat to how systems shape identity, possibility, and power.
Everywhere I went, I saw the same pattern: brilliant women shrinking to fit into roles, boxes, and expectations too small for their ambition and potential.
